The work maps the contemporary cultural scene in Bruntál, exploring the relationships between the inhabitants, organizers and the municipality. Based on qualitative and quantitative research, it identifies the needs, barriers and communication flows of this specific cultural environment. The result is the design of a web platform supporting sharing and effective collaboration between cultural actors in the city and its surroundings.
